v
OJT
"Give a man a fish and you
feed him for a day. Teach |
a
man to fish and you feed him for a
lifetime." This is
the
essence of our approach. We
emphasize |
strongly on the job training (OJT).
We use OJT as |
our primary method in our
experiential learning |
activities to broaden employee
skills and increase |
productivity. It is
particularly used to develop |
proficiency skills unique to
an employee's job. |
v
EXPERIENCE IS THE BEST TEACHER
The knowledge gained by doing
something is always |
more lasting than
acquired through reading. One |
learns more from experience than from books. It
is |
first-hand knowledge and it is
accurate,complete |
and permanent.
Each and every experience we face |
has a direct bearing on the
path we walk today. |
v
FUN
“Cross the zone
to heart pounds excitement”. Fun is a
powerful aspect of effective
learning. Participants tend
to become more open to the
experiences and their |
creative juices get flowing freely
whilst participating |
in it.
And the more fun an individual has,
the greater |
their value to themselves and their
team. We provide |
a
highly enjoyable way to learn about
and develop |
the necessary skills. |
v
TEAM (Together Everyone Achieves More)
Our
team challenges
and activities are designed to |
include a
variety of elements in such a manner that it
will |
challenge
especially with a range of team role skills. A |
successful team
beats with one heart. Teamwork is the |
ability to work
together toward a common vision. The |
ability to direct
individual accomplishments toward |
organizational
objectives. It is the sort of fuel which |
allows common
people to attain uncommon results.
v
NETWORKING
Networking plays a very prominent role.
It requires |
a skill such that participants would have to interact in |
close proximity whilst working on new and unfamiliar
challenges. Within this environment they are forced to
get to know each other better in a single day. The |
communication, collaboration and effort that are |
required to meet these challenges develop |
relationships quickly.
v
EMOTIONAL LEARNING
Events that are accompanied by
intense emotions |
result in long-lasting
learning. Training games, |
simulations, and role plays add emotional element to
learning. However we will ensure emotions do not
become too intense and
interfere with our learning |
process. |
